Fulfill Order Automatically not working

Hi! Could you please, open aliexpress and check what domain is opening - https://help.alidropship.com/en/articles/2236918-processing-orders

Sure. When I go to Aliexpress it first directs me to https://best.aliexpress.com/ and then when I log into my account and press orders it is: https://www.aliexpress.com/p/order/index.html

This is the same URL as I have used the last 2 years with your plugin. No changes.
Also, the Chrome extension is logged in and authorized by my site. It's green. I even tried to remove and re-install and re-authorize.

So I still can't process orders, wondering when a fix will come out.

Hi! Thank you for clarification. From our side it is reproducing only for that domain - aliexpress.ru, which is always causing some issues.

Please, try to create new account of aliexpress, and try to fulfill order with the new account

I did that. Created a whole new account, logged in on Aliexpress.com and tried to process the order again. Same result - stuck on "Cleaning Shopping Cart". Not sure what you meant about Aliexpress.ru I have never used that version of the site before. I did try it now though and it was the same result.

So how do you suggest we get order processing working again (seems there are several of us that has started experiencing this issue)?

To resolve it, we need to reproduce that issue from our side, so developer will understand what needed to be fixed. Will you be able to record screencast video? If yes, I will provide info what is needed to be recorded

Hi! Please, start record, then:
- Go to aliexpress.com and login to your account
- open extension and login your website
- open order page on your website with exact order
- open console, network view with that settings below

I am facing the same issue and all the previous steps have been followed but the problem is still there
The option stands for Cleaning shopping cart

Hi, I hope you can resolve it with the infos by the guys. Since a few days, I have this problem, too. Seems Ali has made some changes in the background again....

It seems the problem lies in the Chrome extension. It is not logged in and it does not log in - its not getting better after deleting the browser cookies and delete and reinstall the extension itself.

So, furthermore I cannot import products right now.

I also have the problem so it's clearly not just one person's configuration that is the issue. I've tried different browsers in the hope that works, but to no avail.

Okay, same thing here. I have disabled all plugins except Wordpress of course and logged into Aliexpress, still stuck on cleaning shopping cart.
Also, uninstalled Google chrome and reinstalled, same issue. Hope someone fixes this soon, I have order waiting and do not want to manually
order as I want to make sure Auto order is working before I sink anymore money into this.

Hi All, thank you for reaching out. Yes, we are working on that issue.

Unfortunately, that issue doesn't reproduced for all of the users, thus we can't reproduce issue from our side. Our developers looking for the solution
