Woo Plugin and Regular Plugin?

Hi,

Can some expert peers please, suggest the difference and advantages and disadvantages of Woo plugin and the Regular plugin.
I'm trying to buy a theme so before that I would like to understand if woo theme will be better or just a regular WordPress base theme would be better.

Regarding the theme, if you go with the regular plugin then you have to use the built in themes. So until you decide, don't buy a theme.

I personally prefer the Woo version as i like to customise my themes and have more control over everything.

I want to be able to customise my themes as well. Can I buy a WordPress WooCommerce theme?

And I bought it already, maybe I should have not done, not sure if I can cancel it and get a refund back.
