Hi, this forum is for the woocommerce version of the plugin so you can use it with any WordPress theme. The one you are talking about has built in themes. So as mentioned above, just pick the woocommerce version and away you go.

Depends on the theme you are using. Nothing to do with the plugin. Check your theme documentation.

Would be great if the imported reviews can show the country flag or country so customers can see you ship worldwide and don't get concerned when they see reviews that mention long shipping times without mentioning their country.
