So I renamed the Aliexpress imported variations, and when auto-completing orders it doesn't recognize them. Will renaming them again to match the Aliexpress variations make it work again or is it more complex? Thank you :)

Webmoney works I use it with Admitad. It's kinda complex though. You can also pay for Aliexpress orders with Webmoney funds.

Yes I agree. There should be a default option for N/A or the country when the state is not present. It is something that adds unnecessary wasted time when fulfilling many orders. Also in Australia, it can't auto complete the state yet.
