Legal questions about my new dropshipping site

The treshold considers sales into that country. So if You are not Yet registered for VAT, then there's no worry. You don't have to register when You go over the tresold if the sales are not into Your country.

Legal questions about my new dropshipping site

I am not 100% sure but i guess the law is similar across Europe. If you sell to other countries then Your own country (for example if You are situated in NL and don't sell to NL), then the business is not located (not making any turnover) in Your country, therefore You dont have to pay VAT.

Differences between purchase prices and people's habit

For products with price 20+ on Aliexpress, the sellers 99% of time provide free shipping by ePacket. And free shipping is always better for conversion. I haven't even tried asking for money. Free shipping is better for long delivery time in my opinion.

Differences between purchase prices and people's habit

Wholesale price. Retail price 50-70. I can't imagine getting big sale numbers by selling $10 products. (also, marketing costs would eat up the margin)

    Legal concerns

Doesn't anything come up in Spanish from Google? I found a topic in my country (EU) and our Tax board accepts these things (they probably understand that there is no other way). You can take a screenshot of order and You have the same amount off Your credit card.
