Managing Multiple Stores

How can I manage multiple stores with this plugin, and the Chrome Extension?

I set up a new store last night, bought a 2nd license for the plugin, and now my Chrome extension only shows the new store, and not the old one, so I can't use the Direct Import feature.

Anybody doing this now?

Usually it shows these shops in the drop-down menu where You clicked the "direct import" button at. Did you click it in the new store?
