Unable to import products

Hi,
I am unable to import new products. When I click on Import button it starts working but at the end do not import product and show "X" sign. as shown in screenshot.
Please guide.

Hi ,

Try this.

1) clean cache (all browser, cache plugin , cdn cache
2)connect to aliexpress
3) uninstall and install again alidropship chrome extension.

4)Connect your site with alidropship chrome extension

5) try to import.

I have tried in new browser as well but still not working

P.S is working only in chrome browser on DESKTOP .
