Supplier issue

Hi
I am beginner Drop shipper located in Spain using two platform eBay and aliexpress, I listed some product on eBay really work, 12 sells in 2 days, obviously I did not know in China there's national holiday, I ordered some of this product but I did not get tracking number for a while, that cause one seller dispatch the item . eBay stop me to revise the item, I call eBay support on this number 00185545611323 using primo software,so funny the support stop my active items and send my Email requiring some information about the current address and card identity and the invoice that I bought from seller including my name or sub name, I contact the supplier but I did not get the reply back , I have some purchase and do not buy yet.I send already 4 tracking number because the situation was fine, I'm really confused should I buy the item knowing eBay restricted my eBay sales account, or I wait until the supplier reply? thanks
