I just emailed my item list to her, to be delivered to another address (a forwarding company) in her town. Did anyone recently use her service?

I just added her to my skype contact as well.

I figure she'll be able to do the packaging for you, including pasting your logos/ stickers etc. Somewhat like your product/ sourcing manager in China. Not too sure about the quality and reliability though.
