Importing not working

Is anyone experiencing alidropship Woo not importing produc?

i put a list of product to import, left it overnight. And none of them has ben imported.

is there any issue with the feature?

When you're on the Aliexpress product details page, clicking on the "IMPORT" button will show the grey overlay airplanes icon loading but won't import any products or show anything after.

Do you know what is the problem? How to make the "IMPORT" button import products?

I also get this issue too..
I have tried many times.. only success for 1 products, others not.

for success import, when import process it show "upload image in % process".
Does all image imported saved in our own database?

Even I am facing the same problem but don`t worry @Yaros will definitely solve the problem as he has many clients to handle he dies that very effectively . Please be patience

I could import a product, it took around 30 seconds. I used direct import from AliExpress product page. However may be there are some issues with bulk import... I will check and fix if it's necessary.

Yeah @Yaros please help me to check and fix it.
I still don't know why you can easily import, but i (we) can't.
I have tried import using Chrome and Opera browser but still get same result

Opera!? You are using Google Chrome extension. It can't work with other browsers.
Please try following things:
- re-install AliDropship Google Chrome extension.
- re-load Chrome browser.
- clean cache.

Yeah i usually use Opera browser, and i like it. Work more smooth..
I found this idea on this forum too when many peoples got problems with alisropship extension when using chrome browser several months ago.

I have uninstalled chrome & extension, then reinstall them again.

At first using, i successed import only 2 products.
After that, i failed again. Same issue..
There is no error reports.
It just still loading and never stop, or it stop loading but nothing in import list.

same issue with me, I can't push items in store, direct import from product view stuck on 5% of import for days, and immediate import doesn't work, I've tried everything, please help :)
