I wonder if Support could email you the previous version's crx file so you could install that and keep working in the meantime. I'd ask them if I was you.

i had the same problem.

i did the follow that wroked for me.

Close Google Chrome Compleely
open Google Chrome
go to aliexpress and login.
go to your admin page from your website
go to your imported products
then: Use Direct Import

And everything should come back what you imported or you can import again...

That's the normal procedure ... which leads me to think that "maybe" there is really not a problem with the extension at all ... just a caching problem. The odd occasion it happens to me is after I've been importing LOTS of products.

normally i just open chrome and put the alidropship extension on and just add to import.

I spoke to Yaros about the issues, there is no way to downgrade the extension.
But they are working to solve the issues, I have faith they won't take too long to sort this out.

Hi, yes I have exactly the same problem it stoppped working ... I have a few stores.. on different hosts and none are working. I also reinstalled plugin, chrome extensions browser and nothing worked..

Please update your google chrome AliDropship extension to version 2.4.18 - we fixed that issue.

If someone is still facing problem, you can go in your dashboard
click on alidropship and then push the red button "use direct import"
it will open new page and your plugin will work, directly from aliexpress

Can anyone tell me how does this extension work? (2.4.18)
Am I required to login to aliexpress and then it will work?

Currently I'm logged in to my dashboard at my website and when I click on USE DIRECT IMPORT it opens aliexpress in new tab but nothing happens to the plugin.
The plugin stays BLUE with the text OFF

Please guide

Its working fine now, I had activated the woo and the normal version which created problem.
