Abandoned cart does not work for me

Hello yaros,
Abandoned cart does not work for me. I have installed everything properly. I am using mailgun. I send test and it worked very well. But I have abandoned my cart to see what will happen, but nothing to my inbox, I wait 24 hours nothing. Just to remind that I am still using Shopify, so I know how things work. Could you please tell what to do to make it work. I just want to encourage you to go forward because you are wonderful with your plugin yaros. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE.

Hello,

Check the email list on plugin settings to find out if this email was captured.

I have captured the emails, and they have status as enabled. But when I check the abandoned cart emails in queue, there is nothing there. How do I add them?

No fix still? I am using the Michelangelo theme. What theme are you using DanielM?
Dont know if that has something to do with it...

Hi guys,

First of all, this thread are not for technical issues.
Second, you should check your notification settings and try to test notifications email, then go to Reports -> Activity List and check logs.

I am more than sure that it will help to understand the reason. At the moment I am not to understand what module I should check.

I look forward to your answers and try to help everyone. :)
