If you're using ali woo version than you can easily manage your site using many woocommerce apps on app stores. You csn even make android version for yoir store. But alidropship is depended on its chrome extension and the problem is chrome extensions are not mobile compatible.

Any good shared hosting with good reputation is good to go initially if you're on a budget. You can use cloud hosting providers also like cloudways etc u can use wpengine also if money is not the issue. Dedicated servers in 10$/month seems cheap :P
