yes, you will want to use the billing address of your payment method. With the alidropship plugin the address for shipping is automatically input. Otherwise you will need to cut and paste the customers address for each and every order.

After products are in import list, you must go to your woo admin and edit them. and then publish them. normal steps are import list > draft > publish. you ad reviews either from the product listing or from alidropship woo > import reviews. be sure to review the help section of alidropship...

Products should be ok I would think. It's the images that do link back to 'your' site that is problematic.

Not sure I know what you mean? Errors from what? Any image that is using an image with link outside your site, will be localized (image brought into media library and link changes in post) when you save it. There is always a way to batch fix stuff... usually ;)

Yes, you can also click on actual product, go to the product page and not the category or search page in aliexpress. when you import from the product page, it will only import that product.
