Pretty much, it's a newbie question but I don’t find many info about it.
So my webshop is basically ready but I'm concerned about the customer trust, especially as I don't know if I should put an address and a phone number on the website. I want to try out the whole dropship idea, so I definitely try to avoid spending too much money upfront.
These are my thoughts:
Address:
Providing an address is quite important in my opinion but of course, I don't want to put my private address.
The customer should see that my shop exists legally. I live in Europe. Are there possibilities to get a business address officially? Is Estonian e-residency something that can work? If not, should I just fake an address until I have the first sales and prove that my shop works.
Phone number:
I don't want receive phone calls
I guess I shouldn't provide a phone number. Instead I think about a live chat window, it’s something at least. Any ideas on that one?
