You can try to use it, however you should check compatibility! I always try to avoid these plugins. You should test thorougly if all functions still work as expected or intended if you still want to use them.

I don't think you can add these URLS since you do not have access to the AliCDN sitemap/website. You can only change links within your own site. I might be wrong tho, have looked but couldn't find anything on this.
