If the products are out of stock in the front end, there is no other way but reset. But products in the draft folder, if available in AliExpress, you only need to publish again. Reseting would create a lot of work. But if you have thousands of products in draft folder, that is really a pain.

It don't work in my site. Maybe because there is no shipping calculator in the cart page. I removed it. The shipping calculator is in the checkout page only. Thanks anyway, no big deal.

I am not using the non-Woo alidropship plugin, so I would not know. You can check the Wordpress plugin repository. You will not lose anything if the wishlist plugin is not compatible. Take note, when the name of the plugin include 'woocommerce', that is compatible to woocommerce sites only.

There is no default wishlist in the woo version, a wishlist plugin have to be installed. The difference is there is a wide choice of wishlist plugin for the woo version.

I'd rather import the two products from different suppliers, make different product titles than making it complicated. Anyway that is your choice if you want it that way. But for me, there is nothing better than making everything simple.
