Starter plan update: profile creation limit
Starting from the release date, all
Starter plan variations will have a
limit on the number of unique profiles that can be created per month.
This means that there is now a limit on how many new profiles can be
created per calendar month within the Starter plan. The limit is fixed
and cannot be exceeded.
The limit depends on the selected Starter plan version:
- Starter +15 (BP limit - 20) up to 1,500 unique creations;
- Starter +25 (BP limit - 30) up to 2,500 unique creations;
- Starter +35 (BP limit - 40) up to 3,000 unique creations;
- Starter +45 (BP limit - 50) up to 4,000 unique creations;
- Starter +55 (BP limit - 60) up to 5000 unique creations.
How is the limit calculated?
- The limit is calculated from the 1st day of the calendar month.
- It is automatically reset on the 1st day of each month.
- If you registered in the middle of the month, you still get the full limit.
- Deleting your profile does not reduce the limit used.
- The limit starts counting from the release date (without recalculating previous months).
What happens when the limit is reached?
When the limit for unique profile creations is exhausted, you can't
create new profiles, copy existing profiles, run mass imports,
or accept profiles transferred by other users.

If the current volume is insufficient, you can switch to other pricing
plans within Starter with a higher profile turnover limit (for example,
if the limit of 1,500 is not enough and you need 3,000, then you should
switch to Starter +35, etc.).
But if even that is not enough for you and 5000 unique creations
are not enough to cover all your needs, then you should switch to
the Base tariff —it has no restrictions on profile turnover.
Fixed:
Fixed invoice generation after payment
When downloading an invoice in the billing section,
incorrect data could be displayed. We fixed it, and now
the invoice automatically pulls the correct data for
the selected plan.
Fixed error 409 “Datadir Damaged”
Error 409 could occur in several cases: when there was insufficient
disk space while the profile was running, or after an emergency shutdown
of the PC with open profiles. In such situations, it was necessary to rename
the
“dolphin-anty” folder, and the profile would restart, but data could be lost.
This has been fixed, and now in case of a failure, the previous data will be saved.
Incorrect text in the window when creating a quick profile
When creating a quick profile, the OS warning displayed text and a button from
the full editing form, and users saw “Edit Profile” even though they did not actually
enter editing mode. Fixed, now when creating a quick profile, the correct text and
the “Create Profile” button are displayed.
Added an informative error when launching a profile with a non-working proxy via scripts
When launching a profile with a non-working proxy through the “Scripts” section,
users did not receive a clear notification about the reason for the failure. We fixed this,
and now in such cases an informative error is displayed, similar to the notification
from the main menu, with an explanation about the inability to establish a proxy
connection and a recommendation to check the proxy (if necessary, via VPN
or another access point to avoid GEO conflicts).
Fixed an error when working with scripts via bulk actions
When running a script on two profiles via the bulk actions panel, a system error
could occur: if the user opened and closed the script block without making any changes,
the interface would start to display a repeating error with each subsequent click,
and the blocks would stop opening correctly. We have fixed this issue, and now
the error does not appear if there are no changes.
