Just noticed that Product options (Picture below) are missing. Maybe this is because of the Worpdpress update because I did not make any other change.
And I have all latest plugins, just checked. Doesn't work on all of my websites.

Please check whether your Product options are enabled in Screen Options
We updated all our sites to the latest version of WordPress and we don't have such an issue. Please make sure you updated your theme as well.
