Why can't Alipay be a payment gateway for Dropshipping

Hello Yaros I will like to suggest that Alipay should be a general payment gateway for Dropshipping and also it should have a custom debit card which has can be used like payoneer in any country or have interface where you can transfer funds to your local account.. This will save many of us from the stress of PAYMENT GATEWAY ISSUES
