Hey, what do you mean with optin plugin?
A service to make newsletters to send to your customers? A Notification service? A plugin for search engine optimalisation?

I'm guessing/presuming he means a newsletter with the latest products ... and I would like to know of any suggestions for that myself. Something that could pull the details of the last 10 products added from the database automatically? Maybe?

i meant a pop up window that request to key in name and email to subscribe your website service (for example: newsletter)

Just my taste, but I'd prefer a button or link. I get really annoyed when those popups nagging me to signup to a newsletter pop up 3 seconds after I've landed on a site and it interupts what I was reading / looking at. The ones that pop up when you leave the site are OK though. You can continue to click the back button or close button without interuption.
