Hi

I had a website hosted on alidropship hosting developed by alidropship team. Somehow the website is hacked and I am unable to access it. Site URL is https://newcozybedding.com

Alidropship team suggests using woodfence but it is very expensive option. They are charging $180 to restore the site.

Need urgent help to remove virus on my own and need suggestions on a cheap affordable solution to keep my sites available always

As far as I know, you have already received a response from our support team.
We recommend to use the free version of the Wordfence plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordfence/.

You are right. My three sites have been restored. But this site is not accessible from the URL so I cannot login and install the plugin.

Further the antivirus scanner in control panel can just remove email viruses or scripts. It cannot disinfect website as I ran scan multiple times in control panel to eliminate virus from my hosting but after hours of scanning i was told that antivirus scanner can remove only email viruses...which did not help. Infected website is at https://newcozybedding.com/
