As far as I know all is ok now?
It has been 20 hours, our website were down and crash.
Until now, technician rescue only [success] recovered home page with very very slow speed.
But other pages are still missing somewhere in the web ocean.
Mr. Categories (25 parents and childrens),
Mrs. Products (200 innocent victim),
Uncle WP-Admin and his wife Aunt Plugin,
Lots of Innocent Child, etc..
ARE MISSING *very Sad
We don't know if they are still alive or dead. Healthy or Broken.
We only know one thing, message from hell:
Error establishing a database connection

24 hours my site on Alidropship hosting has down. No help at all?
If you can not fix your server, please move my data to another new and fresh server. Because I also notice that this old server give low speed to my website too. How can we do droship business if our website usually face this problems? Low speed hosting and several times down :'( sad

Hello Jefri, I asked our Hosting support about your server, there were technical issues during 38 minutes . But your site was down 2-3 minutes. I visited your sites also - all work.
This server is stable during 22 hours already.

I can not access it from afternoon yesterday (time on my place). Then on the morning, i can access but only "home page" (main page). But all roots page and admin page can not be access.

We checked your server error log for one of your sites , there is no such error Error establishing a database connection .
We can send you this data if you want. Please check your sites configuration , there are some issues that are not connected with server.
