Variant not found

HI, I wanted to place an order automatically, but I get a message that 'variant not found' - later when I skip 'the product is not available for purchase'.
I checked and the product does exist, the variant is there, there is available stock... I didn't change anything about the variant name and supplier has the same variant name as I have. What can be the problem? It's only a test order, but why does it happen?

Thank you, Victoria, I think I found the problem. I deleted the 'Ship from' variation because I didn't want the option 'China' on my product page and I didn't notice that I had to select it when placing the order... so, in such cases we always have to select it manually, right?
But it's strange because this item has only one Ship from which is China, so I don't really understand why they have it like this...
Anyway, the problem is solved, I will take care of this in the future.

Its annoying how everyone wants Admin access here instead of offering alternatives as remote desktop, not EVERYONE feels safe or is allowed to share their admin information.

Hey Gabriella, I am having this same exact issue because I deleted the "Ship from" variation as well, how did you go about fixing this problem exactly? Did you restore the "Ship from" variation and if you did, how did you hide the from China option?

If you can help guide me in the right direction, i'd appreciate it!

As you can see in the image, I have the ship from China as default when imported, still the alishipping plugin refuses to import the remaining the shipping options from Aliexpress for this specific product. Theirs 81 variants that have shipping for $1.99 but when I go to a some other colors, it doesn't have SHIPPING, but on Aliexpress when I check, it does indeed have shipping and product is in stock... This plugin is SUPER DAM ANNOYING to use and support makes it super difficult to find a solution with late vague answers.
