Update Required: Adding National ID Field for Oman Customers at Checkout

Hello,

AliExpress has recently updated its shipping policy for Oman, now requiring all shipments to include a valid and accurate 8-digit national ID for customs clearance.

They have also stated that: "Without this information, the package will be held and returned by local customs."

Attached is a screenshot for reference.

Could you please update the plugin to require customers from Oman to provide their national ID during checkout?
