Unable to either 'Place order automatically' or 'Place Order Manually' - both links not working.

Using AliWoo plugin.

Trying to 'fulfill an order' automatically:
1. Went to Woocommerce > Orders > clicked on an order ...
2. Order shows up with 'Place order automatically' at top right corner (as in screenshot)
3. Click on 'Place order automatically' and get popup with instructions to log in to AliExpress account (see screenshot)
4. Clicked 'Log in now' and new browser tab with AliE login page shows up.
5. Logged in using an AliE account > page returns with red 'ACCESS NOW' button (see screenshot) Note: clicking on this does not take us to AliE page but back to our store homepage - Bug?
6. Got back to the popup and clicked 'Continue' > message remains as ' You are not authorised at AliExpress '
7. Tried to setup another AliE customer account and repeated 1-6 - still same message: ' You are not authorised at AliExpress '

Next, tried to 'Place Order Manually':
1. Click on the link 'Place Order Manually' - nothing happens. (Bug?)
2. Copy link address and open in new browser tab - opens up the same Product on AliExpress site (logged in as above).
3. What next?
--3.1 Do we go ahead and place an order here but using the customer's shipping information?
--3.2 And then get the Order Number and Tracking ID information (if any) from this AliE transaction and go back to our store backend (Woocommerce > Orders), click on the 'Edit Order and Tracking ID' link for that Product and update the info there?
4. And repeat this for each Order???

Sure hope we can use the first option (Place order automatically) instead - right now, it's not working as described above. Anything we missed?

Strange, I just placed an automatic order and it is the smoothest this time. Even the order number and tracking code when shipped, I used to enter them manually, now they are updated in the order page and shipped notification email sent without me doing anything. There are a number of actions that may resolve the issue, e. g. clear browser cache. But I suggest to ask help, support@alidropship.com

Hello! Could you, please, PM me your site access details, so we can check what might be wrong? (username and password)

PM Sent. Thanks. Still can't figure out why it's not working - the site is live (just launched); hopefully this gets fixed so we can actually place orders efficaciously :)

We figured it out. Has to do with the ADS Chrome Extension - which is the only link between ADS at the backend and AliE way yonder. Most users will not have this issue if they merely installed the Extension 'as is' with default settings. But we had checked the option 'On specific sites' restricting access to just our domain; when we should have left it at 'On all sites' - which would have let the Extension communicate the authorization (AliE log in) with ADS at the backend once we logged in to AliE! That was it. Phew!

Nice info. Just checked mine and it is set to On all sites. Think it is the default setting.
