Theme and WordPress update - Doubt

I'm new to alidropship. Today I saw a update notification in my dashboard.(screenshot attached).



Please guide me what I do next. If i click theme update, my theme customization also lost? or how to update theme without lost my customization which are I already done. and WordPress update how? is there any problem to click that re-install button. or have any safe way to update it without losing my store data. Please guide me. Thank you!

Just update the theme. You will not lose anything.
