Subscribe Form

I was trying the subscribe form on the front page and always get the following:

404 Page not found.
Sorry, but the page you are looking for has not been found.
Please check your spelling.

Also, i have my Mailgun account verified and if i click test for any of the choices under General: Notification i always get:
Error: Unauthorized Forbidden

what am i missing in here?

Have you added your own autoresponder code under Customisation->Subscribe form settings

Yes, i have my mailchimp code in there but it was my mistake ... i changed one letter which messed up the whole thing .. it is working now ...

what about the second error:

There are complaints about Mailgun recently. I recommend using SendGrid - registration is very simple and work smoothly.
