Somebody stole my Niche Idea.

Huh just found out I have a competition now.
It was not there 2 months ago when I started.
Also the guy has over 7000 Instagram followers against my 1300. And 250 Facebook page likes against my 60.
How did he get it so fast? I use Social Rabbit the same like him.
Do you guys have any advice?

Analyze his weakness points. and work towards yours.
Offer a good customers services, better designs for your website and social profiles, better contents, cheap prices maybe! search for new traffic sources, some that he can't think about. ...
I also found a competitor after I started, but he helped me getting new categories ideas. hah
