Show category in URL with item.

Hi everyone.
is there a setting in WordPress or our plugin in order to show the category along with the product in the URL?
Example :
www.domain.com/watches/womens-gold-square-1.html
OR
www.domain.com/category/subcategory/item-description.html

Perhaps the permalinks area will help. You can use some of the defaults or craft your own.

Wordpress > Settings > Permalinks

This is a very important and missing feature from SEOs point of view.
If we change the permalinks, the site will break and will show a 404 error.
Yaros, please fix the url structure to show the categories in urls.

I just noticed mine doesn't have the category showing either

Is it possible to change name of the category in URL bar? so it would match names of custom categories? I changed the main menu section but it stills redurects to subpages like costumes, magic wands etc..
