Shipping Settings Issue/BUG -Original Plugin

Hello,

This is an ongoing issue with the original plugin since I have purchase it more than a year ago. Originally, we could Setup up a shipping method, but that method would be disabled when the Free Shipping amount was met. Example. Shipping is $10, Free Shipping $50 minimum. If a customer spent $50, Free Shipping would be the only option.

Currently, it seems you could set a default shipping method that is $5 and a Free Shipping method that is a $25. By logic that would mean if a customer did not reach $25, then they would have the default option.

However, if you set this method up, the only option shown is Free Shipping, even if the minimum has not been met. Please see screenshots. You can see that $17.99 has not reached the $25 minimum, but the customer only has a free shipping option.

Please advise.
