Sendinblue spam and follow-up emails

Hi everyone,

I have an issue with my email notifications.
The email that is sent when the order is confirmed goes to the spam folder.
Whereas the email that is sent when the order is shipped ends up in the regular mailbox.
How can i solve this issue and make sure every email ends up in the regular mailbox ?

Another question : i would like to send follow-up emails to my customers once their product is delivered. For exemple, an email that would say "thanks for your order, if you leave a review, we'll give you a 10% coupon".
Is there anyway i can set that up through Alidropship ? Or through SendinBlue directly ?

I use the original Alidropship plugin and my mailing service is SendinBlue

Try to change your email provider!! Is the best solutions.

If you use the alidropship hosting they offer free mail service .

For exemple, an email that would say "thanks for your order, if you leave a review, we'll give you a 10% coupon".

You can do that with mailchimp but only in the woo version unfortunately .
