I’m looking for insights on how a consultant adds value to the production process. Are they typically involved in budgeting, creative direction, or just logistics? Also, how does advertising production consultation impact overall efficiency and cost management?

What should I look for when hiring one—any key qualifications or experience that stand out? I’m working on a mid-sized campaign and want to ensure smooth execution while keeping costs in check.

I see it's been a while since you’ve posted, but I just wanted to ask if you’ve tried using short, simple product demo videos for your ads? I swapped out my generic image ads for 15-second videos, and the CTR changed a lot. Also, if anyone has tips on balancing ad spend with production costs, I’d love to hear more strategies that worked for you.

I tried using digital signage solutions to boost my product visibility at a local event, and it really helped grab attention without much effort. People walking by actually stopped to watch the looped demo videos I had playing. It's super easy to update content too, so I didn’t have to spend extra time redoing everything when I changed offers. Definitely made a difference compared to just using posters or flyers.
