Resend Tracking Details

Hundreds of people wrote to me that they haven't received tracking details(shipping notification) in last 4 years.
I've been using and testing all possible mail services. Problem exist in each one, it's probably domain trust fault, maybe cheap SSL and God knows what else.

Simple solution:

On tracking page add function to resend tracking details.
Type order number: Prefix-number and send button.

Edit:
Other way to do it or help clients track their orders is to use ALSO "order number" as a tracking in the form so system will check if tracking exist and display tracking numbers already directing to 17track.
