Hi,

Our server was upgraded to PHP 8.1 and runs web servers: nginx, vanish, apache php-fpm.

As far as I know, the new ioncube runs on PHP 8.1 and they skipped PHP 8.0

Any advice appreciated.

You can as "first help" try to get rid of the error with deactivating the Product-Video Plugin (via FTP, if necessary. Just rename it and its "off").
Then ask Alidropship support if they hopefully may help you.

Ok, I renamed that plugin last night, the site's unacceptable, so I'm not sure what's the cause.

I'll ask Ali support.

Usually renaming just deactivates a plugin?
Can you login into your woocommerce page?
Then try to deactivate it there.

And yes, Alidropship support definitely.

No I can't access the website atm. even after renaming that plugin to disable it.

I'm seeing HTTP ERROR 500 now and trying to fix it.
