The guy in this thread was with Siteground too. Looks like they are not up to date with PHP7.2/ioncube regardless of what they say. According to his PHP info page, 7.2 did not have ioncube loaded.
Yes, this guy is with Siteground that is why I posted this thing that happened just yesterday. My site is offline every now and then. I just open the admin page, the site always broke with error 502. I have an open ticket about it. Until now they are not able to resolve it. Every time I updated the ticket, they have another suggestion. Just a few minutes ago I told them, the way you handled the simple task of ionCube Loader yesterday I doubt if you really understand what you are saying.

Oh God! ... lol :)

Change "familybi to php70 ... then download Alidropship Woo PHP5.6/7.0 from https://alidropship.com/updates-plugin/ and do as I described below.

just uninstall it and delete it. Then go to https://alidropship.com/updates-plugin/ and download the correct PHP version of the Alidropship Woo plugin ... then upload it via Plugins>Add New>Upload. Then activate it and go back to the license box and enter your license key and activate again.

You may see your license code already in the box ... no problem ... just click "Activate"

Let me know if that works. It should :)

I'm looking to change hosts soon, so it looks like I strike Siteground off the list ... LOL :)
My account with Siteground will end next month. One of their suggestion for the outstanding issue is to upgrade to Cloud Server. Told them no way. If I decide to upgrade, it will be with other hosting service. I always tell them, since your plans are very expensive, it should be compensated with high resource usage limit. What prevail is greed.
