Problem with Product Updates. It doesn't work

Dear Customer service,

Today I was trying to update my products list.

It doesn't work. It stays forever on "In progress" status with 0% in the bar (I tried to wait around 3 hours). You can see it in the picture attached.

I run the last version of the plugin and the last version of the template. (Wordpress is also the last version).

I can give you the PW in PM if you need.

Ok, I solved the problem. I just cleared my browser cache, and it worked again! Hope this will help someone with the same issue
