Paypal error 10486, redirect back to paypal?

Hey, I have encountered an error in my store (and also in SocialRabbit when I tried purchasing) that whenever a transaction fails on Paypal with an error 10486, it redirects back to the store with a message of failed payment.

The error though doesn't actually imply on a bad card, as the payment does passes on the second time. This has the potential of losing a lot of clients!

While I was looking up on the error, it actually says:
CODE: 10486. This transaction couldn't be completed.. This transaction couldn't be completed. Please redirect your customer to PayPal.

It can be solved with a simple fix, just like paypal suggesting... To redirect the customer back to Paypal (instead of back to the store), so he could try purchasing for the second time.

Please this is very important, especially for stores that count on Paypal for making purchases :)
