yith frequently bought together plugin
yith abandoned cart plugin
etc

Reason for selling is to give someone else who can give the store the proper promotion that it deserves to realise its potentials. I cannot do that because of time constrains.

Since they are part of a subscription and updates will have to be sent manually between the buyer and you, how can we know that you will keep your part of the agreement? Secondly, how do we know that you will not cancel your subscription and terminate the updates? There's no way you'd continue providing the updates for a couple years or more...

The store is being sold as is. Kindly read the condition of sales properly. Every other thing is a bonus.

RUN! ... don't walk ... RUN! A general store with 45 products could be recreated in hours. That is ... if you'd want to waste your time building a general store in the first place. :)

Exactly, what I'm intrigued by is why so many people are interested in buying stores with no revenue or any foundation other than the simple importation for products, creation of social media, and design of website using the theme. All this takes about a day or two in total. And even worse is that this specific offer does not include a license, which is quite possibly the only valuable thing about buying any no-revenue store.

As for your mention about general stores, I actually think they're fine (or even optimal) to start out with if your focus is on "trendy" products, general IG pages, and FB ads. This way you can test products until you find one that makes you profitable. Otherwise, yeah, building a brand with a niche store is better.
