you must get into code of theme and delete some lines, I think that support can help you with this

Go to customization->Single product and deactivate the option Enable quantity of orders:

Yaros, i do it. But at Homepage i still see a number of sold orders.

I too would like to fix this. I dont want my customers seeing the amount of orders
