Need help with email notification

Hello,
My X.com website cannot receive message n another email notification.
All configuration i followed step by step like in tutorial.
Using bluesend, sendGrid still the same.

At First my default email domain is aaaaa.com, now i change to X.com

Its still not having notification.

Please help.
