Hello. Be aware of socialrabbit plugin. Im very upset and disappointed because of this plugin.
My pinterest account was disabled and there is no way to recover it, look for evidence - http://prntscr.com/mpvp5u

Here is all of my Pinterest settings:
  1. http://prntscr.com/mpvnpj
  2. http://prntscr.com/mpvqn7
  3. http://prntscr.com/mpvqv6
About one year ago my facebook account was removed because of this plugin, but now my Pinterest account.
Invested a lot of time in my Pinterest account, and what about now?
Socialrabbit owners will say me probably Im sorry.
But that will not recover all of my time investments in that :( :( :(

Hey @Johnny Hook ,

You were posting every 2 hours [https://prnt.sc/mpvqn7] that's terrible. Your account was deactivated not because of Social Rabbit, but because you were spamming the platform. You need to learn how to set the software properly before using it.

I have a year using Social Rabbit in more than one store without problems, and on Pinterest I have around 45K monthly viewers.

No, the Gallery posting most times didn't worked well. What worked well was 1st picture. My account was disabled after a week after I enabled Autocomments...mutual promotion and so on... 3rd picture http://prntscr.com/mpvqv6

If you wanted to use the auto comment tools, you first needed to edit the default pre-made comments here:
https://www.yourdomain.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=rabbit#/settings/general

Because they need to make sense for your niche. It is better to start without using that tool.

And for posting, I only post 1 gallery picture a day for about 2 weeks, and after that I can do like 4 times a day. And for product postings, only once a day.

Try not to spam, and everything will be fine.

I used default settings and all recommendation from socialrabbit. Who warned me about that?
Or, Its supposed to learn from my mistakes?
Who will recover me a good Pinterest profile? it was growing and growing...

The docs state about not posting with too high a frequency, using blatantly fake content or using too many sales related posts. At least 70% of them should be non sales related entertaining posts. Funny pics/memes etc. I've heeded that advice in the past and have never had a problem with any of the social networks.

I used default settings and all recommendation from socialrabbit.
Pinterest says that MOST of your pins go against their SPAM policy. The docs state like I said above that only about 30% of posts should be sales related. Not MOST of them. The other 70% should be purely for entertainment ... so I'll take that comment above with a huge grain of salt.

You only have yourself to blame for this. You should NOT have made MOST of your pins SPAMMY sales related content. It's also just plain, basic common sense.

I just deleted socialrabbit.
Do you want to sell your license?

Comments here are speculative. I am not using Social Rabbit anymore but I am posting products in Pinterest more than once every two hours most of the time, all posts are products and nothing else. with 242.9K monthly views and 3,866 Followers, nothing happened with my account. The last problem I had with Social Rabbit was in Pinterest. I am not saying that it it is because of Social Rabbit, in fact it is not conclusive. Just like Facebook, they ban accounts with no reason at all, not even Facebook people understand why.

Based on Pinterest's statement that most of the posts were in violation of their SPAM policy. The 70% entertainment / 30% sales related rule would have gone a LONG way in preventing that "violation". That seems conclusive to me ... not speculative. And it really is just common sense.

If that is the case, my Pinterest account should have been deactivated long time ago. I never posted even 1% entertainment, only 100% sales related.

You also have to take in to account this ...
Just like Facebook, they ban accounts with no reason at all
... and also the actual content of pins and comments. There's several factors to consider and one needs common sense to strike a sensible balance. I suspect the poster of this thread just went overboard + had the bad luck to cross paths with a Pinterest worker having a bad day.

The same sort of thing happens with Twitter developer account applications. I applied for 8 different accounts for 8 different sites on different days. All with identical info on usage. 7 were approved, 1 was not. Crazy. I applied again with a new account with a slightly different name ... again with the same info, and it was approved.

These social media employees have no consistency. It's all based on the whim of an individual.

But keeping things more entertainment orientated rather than sales orientated would definitely go a long way towards preventing a ban by one of these power mad individuals. Like I said, It's just common sense. I've never had an account banned. As for your Pinterest account, I'd say you've been very lucky. And because of individual social media idiots making decisions on a whim ... luck plays a big part. But using common sense can help negate the "luck" part to a big degree.

Why is that?
I haven't used it for a couple of months as I'm rebuilding all my sites from scratch ... so what problems should I be aware of that made you stop using it?
As I stated in my previous posts. When activated, the effect of Social Rabbit in my website is very much like product Auto update activated.
