Hey Alidropship Team.
I mailed you a few weeks ago about the possibility to check compatibility between WPML and Aliwoo/Woocommerce.
I waited more than a month and provided you with my pro WPML plugin to check, no prob, as i was finishing my site. Now I'm at release stage and your staff told me WPML has too many discrepancies (which sorry? - no detailed mentions from your staff) with Alidropship it won't be compatible.... And no Plan B or other plugins/solutions suggested. Just it doesn't work... OK THANKS, I KNEW, thanks to your user base.
You see, I can defend you on many threads about what I like about your plugin which does wonders in one language BUT is unable to address such a basic feature every ecommerce store should be able to have.
You see I live in France, I planned a strategy in a market where I was willing to sell including in my country where that market is hot. If I knew all of these I would only do my strategy to English speaking countries only. So it's again big time loss. And no real support from you which is a shame.
I work like a damned and did all the translations in both languages, add my prices in euros first... And now I'm stuck with an English site in euros I can't use and have to go back and forth all over again.
Is it normal that only the users provide the insight and test what bugs with your plugin and not your support team?
Sincerely find a solution, THAT IS YOUR JOB, sorry.
You should provide support for multilingual Aliwoo site. Woocommerce is compatible with WPML, why not with Aliwoo? Do I sound crazy or it is too much asking from a paid customer who bought 2 licenses?
Sorry if I don't sell Black Masks, Cheap jewelry, Fandom and have real ambitions.
It's not my fault, nor Woocommerce, nor WPML... You are on the line.
Please do what many users want. I'm tired to beg for it. I have been patient enough.
It may be dropshipping, but I see things on a much deeper and more professional way than many wannabees going for the quick buck. Sorry you are not on this point. Also support wise.
Please again provide a solution, whether it's your or third-party plugin.
Regards.
