What is a good way to search for those profiles?
Do you guys do it direct or via some exchange/market..

Im in the niche of outdoors/camping/hiking

Does anybody have any experience in using marketplaces, such as shoutcart.com?

I would not recommend using shoutcart as many of them are not responsive and by the time, you want to make changes to your ads on shoutcart it is too late. Most shoutcart influencer do not have much common sense when posting shoutout and they will just do it blindly.
