Hi, I did a manual update of all my products and since then i have been having problems, for some reason in internet explorer and on my smartphone the information (ie prices, description and images have disappered), i have tried updating products again etc but with no luck.

Craig, have you got the Image LazyLoad option enabled in Customization => Single product?
