I want to ask about 2Checkout as payment provider

Hello,
I try to register to 2Checkout, I provide all the information they need, but I get an email like this:

please complete the following item(s):
  • AliExpress/Drop-Shipping Agreement: We need two (2) pieces of information from you:
    • Please provide copies of your last 90 days payment processing/paid sales history.
    • If you are not a sole trader or individual proprietor, please submit your business registration document.
    • Please do not send .csv or .xls files as they cannot be accepted by our compliance team.
    *If you are not a drop-shipper, please provide paperwork showing your itemized purchased inventory including your supplier’s information.
  • Delivery Policy: Your website should include delivery policy for your customers. This policy must provide all customers with a written delivery timeframe. Please place this policy on your homepage or your purchase page. Additionally, you may include specific delivery timeframes within each specific product descriptions.
my online store open on May 29, so far only 1 buyer.
1. What document should I provide?
2. Can anyone give an example of Delivery Policy?
