If you want to use WooCommerce you should install AliDropship Woo plugin, because AliDropship Original plugin is not compatible with it.

Alidropship Woo 1.2.7 is for woocommerce site, also make sure you install the compatible themes. These informations are in the Knowledge Base and in the forum. Take time to do some research.

But I was working with PHP 7.0 and other themes! The problem started after I upgraded to PHP 7.2. When you click "Products" below "Woocommerce", you are redirected to the Alidropship plugin. Do you understand me?

You transitioned your site to PHP7.2 but you don't mention if you installed Alidropship woo version for PHP7.2. Based on your statement, it look like you have the original Alidropship plugin installed on a woocommerce site, if my assumption is correct, it will not work.

No need to try other version of the plugin, you only need this:

Make sure you have deactivated and removed the old version. If it still don't work, get in touch with your hosting service support and check if ionCube loader for PHP7.2 is activated, although you should see error related to ionCube loader. You can also check it by entering this URL in your browser: https://your domain.com/info.php. You should see if it is activated in the bottom of the first part like this:


I am sure something is not right in your setup that is why you are having this problem. I am also sure this is not a problem of the plugin.

Are you using shared hosting? It happens due to not supporting the version, I am using it with Cloudways managed web hosting wordpress and using the same version of WordPress and alidropship, but I haven't faced this type of issue.
