As the title says, when i add my email and my Alidropship license key to the checkout page, and click complete order. the page refreshes and nothing happens, nothing get sent to my inbox. i tried with 2 different e-mails, same thing. After i upgraded to php 7.2 version i went ahead to download the free addons that i deleted previously and as i said i wasn't able to do so. Any suggestions?
