I am about to ask for a refund!

...Sorry I have to post this here but the email support is about to make me go crazy.

I bought the plugin a few days ago and I am stuck at the plugin activation step, trid both versions and the same thing even reinstalled Wordpress still the same thing and the email support only responds once every 24 hours which is ridiculous and asks basic questions which makes feel that I am the one giving the tech support!

Asked to reinstall Wordpress => Fine, but you could've simply reset the database
Asked for new login details => Fine, but you could've at least tried the original login details I already sent 2 days ago!


EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING! I refuse to believe that the tech support has so many tickets that they can only manage to read a 2 lines email only once a day.

I never faced any issue activating alidropship plugin.

I'm just curious to know what could be the issue.

If u like to answer may i know where your site is hosted?

Is Zendguard or ion cube activated?

It is hosted in www.inmotionhosting.com which so far I did not face any problems with.
And IonCube is installed and activated on the server

I just got an email saying that is should be fixed....Let's hope so.

Hey Hameed, have you solved the problem? I had the same problem with Social Rabbit plugin but I fixed it, maybe my solution will work for you too.
Try this: Go to Settings -> General and change Wordpress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) to http://yoursite.com .Maybe now you have with https. For some reason Social Rabbit didn't work with https. License page kept refreshing everytime I entered the correct license. If you can't edit those fields, i posted here how you can edit those fields again https://forum.alidropship.com/threads/social-rabbit-problem.2088/

The tech support managed to activate the license for me, but after messing around and adding random products to test the plugin I decided to change the them and so I reset the WordPress database and now the plugin is refusing to activate again...

OH and the tech support is now taking 48 hours to respond instead of 24 hours!
Definitely NOT happy!

Hope your issue is resolved. Support has always been great with any issues and help I needed.

Now it is close to 3 days and still no response from Ekaterina....

And now it is Friday and the dear tech support will be gone for the weekend for Saturday and Sunday and I am left with a non working software that I have bought almost 2 weeks ago and I still cannot use.

Dear Hameed, as far as I could see your license was activated yesterday, can you please check?

I have the same problem with SOCIALRABBIT and customer support just dont care about it. Now I want refund but again - no answer from support. Tried mail, skype, Fb message. I saw that many other people have the same problem with the support...they never answer but continue TO CHARGE for the next month subscription without customer permission. This is crazy. So I just thrown my money away.

Alidropship Woo is a one-time fee, not a subscription. You must be talking about SocialRabbit.
