If it's an issue even after installing Wordfence (unlikely but possible) you can add reCaptcha to the registration form (free plugin) to prevent bots from creating accounts. Same goes for contact form submissions.

I had a test site without Wordfence get hacked just last week. A redirect script was added to the themes header file, a few other files, and throughout the database. That's what really made me realize the importance of something like Wordfence.

How you know your site hacked any example please.
How you know redirect script was added to the theme.
That was in my mind I only receive orders that product out of stock from Dropship site like that showvstock in my site but no link to order.
So inwas thinking may be there is something.

How to find out and fix.
